My mother, my sister, my brothers, my family and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to you and to the whole Mount Stephen Club team for your excellent service on the occasion of my mother’s birthday celebration. It was an unmitigated success from every perspective. Our guests were delighted. We were delighted by the way the staff worked together and by the quality of the Club’s facilities. We could not ask for more. We thank the ladies at reception, the lady at the cloakroom, Licinio and his team and all of the gracious high-calibre professionals, who provided us with service of a very high quality. At the cocktail hour and during the meal, all of our requests and changes were met with a diligent and discreet response. I can assure you that this event will be remembered by each and every one of us.
